Refund Policy
Every FinalSale charge, whether a monthly plan (Basic, Pro, Expert) or an AI-credit top-up pack, is final and non-refundable once it is made. This includes partial months, unused credits, plans you forgot to cancel, and periods when you did not use the Service. The only exceptions are refunds required by law and the cases listed below.
Why final sale
FinalSale is a tool for live-auction sellers whose own sales are final, and its costs (AI replies, notifications, API usage) are incurred the moment the Service runs for your shop. Pricing is set with that in mind: no refunds, no proration, and a free beta so you can judge the product before paying anything.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time from Settings → Plan → Manage billing in the app (Stripe's billing portal), or by emailing support@finalsale.app.
- Cancelling stops all future charges. Your plan stays active, with its remaining credits, until the end of the month you already paid for. Nothing is refunded for the remainder of that month.
- Top-up credits remain on your account while it is open and are consumed after your monthly allowance.
Exceptions we will honor
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our side are refunded in full.
- Unauthorized use of your card: contact us and your card issuer; we cooperate fully.
- Service outage: if FinalSale was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period because of our systems, we credit a prorated amount to your next invoice on request.
- Any refund required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback filed on a valid charge may result in suspension of the account until it is resolved.
Receipts
Stripe emails a receipt for every charge to the email on your account. Each receipt names the plan or credit pack purchased and states that the charge is final sale. Invoices are available any time under Settings → Plan → Manage billing.
