It applies TikTok's own policy: LIVE Auction orders are final sale for change-of-mind returns, so those can be declined with TikTok's reason codes. Damaged, defective, wrong, missing or not-received claims are always reviewed by you.
It denies change-of-mind: changed mind, wrong size, found it cheaper, ordered by mistake, "doesn't meet expectations". Anything that needs a judgment — damaged, defective, wrong item, missing, not received, "won't arrive in time" — comes to your phone with the photos, the order and TikTok's clock.
Through TikTok's own message alerts: one switch in Seller Center sends every unread buyer message to FinalSale, and the reply appears in the buyer's chat as you.
